Pie-by-Mail Savory Vegetable Pie
A quintessential double crusted vegetable pot pie from our menu of exceptionally delicious savory pies.
Bake-at-Home: We’ve left (just the slightest bit of) work for you! Preheat your oven to 365° and place a sheet tray on the rack. It’s optional but we like to brush the pie with egg white before baking it. Put the pie on the hot sheet. Let it cook for an hour from thawed. Keep an eye on the pies till it looks like you really want to dig in. Just don’t burn it and enjoy!

Pie: Carrots, celery, mushrooms, broccoli, potatoes, sweet potatoes, red cabbage, greens, butter, vegetable broth, olive oil, garlic, ginger, fresh herbs, leeks, salt, pepper, flour, marash pepper. Crust: Flour, Butter, Salt, Water.
