Pie-by-Mail Raspberry in Chocolate
Two pounds of intensely flavorful raspberries in a decadent, dark chocolate double crust. The perfect sweet-tart balance and oh so gorgeous.
Bake-at-Home: We’ve left (just the slightest bit of) work for you! Place the pie on your countertop for 4 hours at room temp. Preheat the oven to 350, and no hotter. Use a pastry brush or just your finger to brush egg white on the surface of the pie. This step is both optional and highly recommended. Bake for 30 minutes. We like this pie best at room temperature. Some like it hot.
