    We will be open and selling pies on Monday 11/23, Tuesday 11/24 and Wed 11/25 at Pietisserie HQ located at 1225 Fourth Street in West Berkeley from 1 to 5PM.

    It is not possible to place an order or reserve pies. Arrive early for the best options. Contactless forms of payment preferred.

    For the safety of our team please prepare to receive drive-up service only, customers will remain in vehicle while being helped. Keep your eyes peeled for signs and instruction from staff upon arrival. We appreciate your patience while waiting to be served.

    Pietisserie offers several ways to purchase pie near and far. Local customers have access to pickup locations and contactless delivery around the San Francisco Bay Area. Customers outside of this area can order Pie-by-Mail for shipping pies via UPS to locations nationwide.

    Pickup locations are free and require 2 days notice to schedule. Customers must select a pickup date and time for these locations in order to secure their order for a specific date. Here is a breakdown of all of the pickup locations and their specific availability:

    How does Contactless Delivery work?

    We deliver to your doorstep with Contactless Delivery services. When ordering for delivery please keep in mind the lead required. The first available time or date for placing an order is 2 days away or the next delivery day Wednesday if your order is placed over the weekend. Customers should be prepared to retrieve all perishable/frozen packages and place them in your home freezer upon arrival. Pricing for Contactless Delivery ranges based on postal code from $5 to $20 dispatched from our bakery facility in Berkeley. 

    Service Area: Most locations in the Bay Area within 50 miles of 94710, beyond this we recommend customers opt for our Pie-by-Mail service.

    Are all online orders closed?

    Local pickup and delivery in the Bay Area is closed until after Thanksgiving. Customers should prepare to visit our HQ in Berkeley (1225 Fourth St, Berkeley, CA 94710) for first come, first serve pies.

    Nationwide shipping purchased after 11/18 cannot be guaranteed for arrival by Thanksgiving Day.

    Can I get pies from grocery, if so, what locations?

    Pies are available across 80 Northern California Grocer locations including: Sigona's Farmers Market, Berkeley Bowl (All locations), Whole Foods Market (44 locations in NorCal), Farmer Joe's, Woodland Grocery (Marin county), Village Market, Star Grocery, Epicurean Trader, Franklin Bros Grocery.

    Hi! I purchased bake-at-home pies. How long can I keep them before they expire??

    Bake-at-Home pies will last a very long time if they remain stored frozen. We suggest that you bake and enjoy within 90 days from purchase.

    Pietisserie’s take on pie is playful, modern, and elegant.The company took form after Jaynelle St. Jean started to give away slices from a "country window" at her mother's San Francisco home. At the time, she knew how to make just three pies, but in this beginning she uncovered a newfound calling: to share a future memory of pie.
